VoiceEclipse reviews 09.11.2006 xI have had service with a few other voip providers and VoiceEclipse has definitely won me over. Most of these providers are all the same except for their focus on the customer, and VoiceEclipse is all about it. Any time I've needed anything or simply have a question all I have to do is call and ask. The only time I've ever had a problem was when I still had DSL. Since my switch to cable my voip service have been crystal clear, but that’s just me. We've all had problems with traditional phone companies and were charged an arm and a leg for no real customer service and none of these extra features. I love the fact that this company is owned and operated in the US and anyone you get on the phone over there knows what they're talking about, speaking in English and aren't reading from a script somewhere in India. My kids (and my wife and I) love having the two lines. My daughter can talk all day on line two and I get my calls and fax to e-mail on line one. Most of these voip companies offer a free month. That’s how I did my homework and it was well worth the time. |
