Voip Your Life reviews 26.10.2006 xMy initial impressions are as follows: 1. They answered all my questions by phone (2 calls)and email (4 emails) prior to my signing up (quickly). 2. Equipment arrived within 2 days. Box is very small. 3. Had some minor problems with setup and called Customer service. a. Got through to tech support first time with no problem (around 8PM). b. I got cut off, due to problem with my phone. However, I was called back by tech support within 30 seconds. c. Informed me problem was with dlink settings and provided me with ports to open. 4. Phone is working great since it has been reset. a. Have called Korea and have talked for 2 hours without getting cut off. b. have not had a droped call as of yet. c. Phone quality is great. Even when downloading on computer. While I have had phone service for only 5 days, at this point I highly recommend. |
