MyWebCalls reviews 21.11.2006 xI signed up with them because they have good prices and allow to bring own SIP equipment. Today experienced first outage that lasted whole day - after 2 weeks of service. - Support has No phone number to call - whole day had no service and nobody replied to e-mail within 24 hours. - No web-tracking of trouble tickets. - Sound qulaity is poor - people cannot hear me for the first 3 seconds of the call, then report sound delay and packet loss. |
