NetZero Voice reviews 09.11.2006 xOne word to describe this company-FRAUDS. I have a netzero voice account in which i called to cancel. This guy was reluctant to cancel. After saying over and over i wanted to cancel, he supposely did and gave a ref number. About 5 minutes later,surprise!, I get an email saying my account has been upgraded and I have been signed up for internet service. I called back another guy said no internet acount exists. Called again. Said I wanted to cancel my internet. Suddenly there is a account now to cancel. Told him first guy fradulently added an internet account I never asked for and didnt cancel my netzero voice either. He would not cancel either account; the voice account or the fradulent internet account. Asked to talked to supervisor, he put me on hold, and came back and started to give me high pressure sales tactics. Bottom line - they will not cancel either account and fradulently signed me up for an internet account without my knowledge or consent. I have email as proof they they did-it has been verified it is not fake. Even netzero admitted they signed me up for internet, but quickly silenced when they were accused of commiting fraud. I belive first guy signed me up for internet on purpose as revenge for TRYING to cancel my voice service. Now they just are playing dumb so they dont incriminate themselves. All requests to talk with supervisor were denied and everyone I talked to was rude. BEWARE - everything might seem ago during the free trail but the trouble doesnt start untill the billing begins. You sign up for this service and you will have it forever. Save yourself the nightmare. |
